LRH wrote at the beginning of HCO PL Keeping Scientology Working (All issues)
“"NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN SCIENTOLOGY, ON STAFF OR NOT, THIS POLICY LETTER HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH YOU."
He wrote and emphasised this with good reason much of which is
expounded in policy letters such as ‘Safeguarding Technology’ and ‘Tech
Degrades.’
Ron also said: "The coach may try to leave his chair in this TR. If he succeeds it is a flunk."

And in the Code of an Auditor, No 9. “I promise not to let the preclear
end session on his own determinism but to finish off those cycles I
have begun."
HCO BULLETIN OF 19 JUNE 1980, THE AUDITOR’S CODE
Phone auditing, such as Skype auditing, Zoom auditing or any other long
distance auditing, in fact, where the auditor and pc are NOT in the
same room violate the very basics of auditing as issued by LRH and can
therefore be termed squirrel auditing.
Ron did not create "phone TRs." It violates the comm cycle and the Auditor Code.
BE WISE, BE CAUSE; Be smart. Refuse any “skype auditing.” If there
are no Auditors in your area, confront it and study and apply standard
tech until you can get to a standard tech auditor. It’s possible. I did
it. Many others have done it. intention is cause. Use standard tech,
self-analysis, Handbook for Preclears, PAB 7, two way comm with an
Auditor.
Don’t be reasonable* about KSW. Ask for standard Auditing, refuse non-standard auditing.
As a Scientologist, if we begin to be reasonable* with one thing, they
will accept another and another and the downfall spiral will begin once
again. Do not accept that. Instead become a Clear, OT and an Auditor as
Ron would wish you to be.
*One often wonders why people are so
"reasonable" about intolerable and illogical situations. The answer is
very simple: they cannot recognize outpoints when they see them and so
try to make everything seem logical. The ability to actually see an
outpoint for what it is, is in itself an ability to attain some peace of
mind. For one can realize it is what it is, an outpoint. It is not a
matter for human emotion and reaction. It is a pointer toward a
situation. The moment you see this you will be in a position to handle
life a lot better.
The human reaction is to REACT! to an outpoint. And then get "reasonable" and adopt some explanation for it, usually untrue.
You can safely say that "being reasonable" is a symptom of being unable
to recognize outpoints for what they are and use them to discover
actual situations.

THINGS THAT SHOULDN'T BE
THINGS THAT SHOULDN'T BE
If you see something going on in the org or incorrect that you don't like and yet do not wish to turn in an ethics chit, or indeed don't know who to report, WRITE A DESPATCH TO THE INSPECTIONS OFFICER.
Tell him what you
have noticed and give him what data you can.
The Inspections
Officer will then investigate it and make a report to the right executives or turn
in an ethics chit on the offending persons himself.
Don't just natter if
there's something you don't like.
Tell the Inspections
Officer. Then something can be done about it.
