REVENIMUS, In the Sea Org coat of arms, the motto revenimus (pronounced: re ve ni moos) is the Latin word for "We come back," the motto of the Sea Org.

*FLAG ORDERS, 1. this is the equivalent to a policy letter in the Sea Org. Contains policy and sea technical materials. They are numbered and dated. They do not decay, HCO PLs and FOs are both in effect on Sea Org orgs, ships, offices and bases. Black ink on white paper. Distribution to all Sea Org members. It is vital for SO units to have master files and quantity of FOs from which hats can be made up for SO personnel and courses. (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R)
